My family and I just want to say thank you for your support all these years. I'm a 3rd generation sign guy that loves to make signs! Especially those to help grow the the love of Jesus. Thank you for letting us into your parking lots, sanctuary, and community to help spread the Gospel. We've done our best to make sure printing is easy and affordable for you, no matter what ministry or church size you're a part of.
We've stuck to keeping our customizing free for churches because we see it as part of our ministry in helping design affordably for the local church. 2004-2025
We've been printing banners since 2004, and since the very beginning we've customized all of our designs Free of charge. Let our designers personalize your banner with custom text, colors or add your church's logo at no additional cost.
When it comes to banners, we can do almost anything to the stock designs you see online. Simply fill out the "artwork/production notes" box (located on the product detail page) with your request, add it to cart, and then check out. From there, our team will take over and will send email proofs back to you within 24hrs or less!

It's best to plan to have your order in hand within 2 weeks, start-to-finish. That timeframe will vary based on factors like customizing designs or multiple revisions, shipping speed, and delivery address, as well as weather or holiday closures.
ChurchBanners.com is based just outside of Dallas, TX. Occasionally, we will ship products from other warehouses, but the bulk of our shipping is from the Dallas area.
At ChurchBanners, it's our goal to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible. To that end, custom proofs are always sent within one business day from the time the order is placed. Once a custom order is approved or a stock order is received, production takes 2-3 business days in our facility before it departs and makes its way to you. You can view our shipping map for more information about shipping speeds.
Most products can be shipped via Ground or 2-Day Express Transit, and orders over $70 also qualify for a free economy option. If you have products in your Cart, you can shipping estimates by visiting your Shopping Cart (on the top right corner of the website). You can also view shipping options at Checkout. Shipping estimates include time for customizing, printing, sewing, packing, and shipping the banners, but are contingent upon prompt design approval for any customizations. Overnight shipping service may be available, but is only offered over the phone, as it's not built into the system.
Our team is proud to offer free customizations on the majority of the products we sell. That means that our Design Team is working on customizations for thousands of churches, and designers may have dozens of orders per day. We do offer a free proof request so that customers can see a first draft before paying, but the turnaround is typically 2-4 business days, compared with our next-day design turnaround for a paid order. If you'd like to submit a Free Proof Request, you can do so here. Otherwise, you can place your order and our Design Team will send you a first proof within one business day.
Our designers will correspond with you via email, working back-and-forth with you until the proof is what you need! We will never print any custom designs without your final approval, so you can rest assured that the design process won't end until you're fully satisfied with the look and feel.
