Need a fun way to promote your kids ministry? Want your volunteers to feel good in a nice shirt? We've got you covered. We can add a logo to any of the designs to personalize it for the team. All of our apparel ships fast and is free to customize by our design team when you spend $100 or more. Add your logo and let your members wear these around town (because they're super soft in the DM130), it will easily be their favorite t-shirt. Please tell us in the "notes" box all of the changes you wish to see to the shirt and our design team will email them over to you. Any changes to the design or an addition of a logo and our team will check the quality and email over the proofs to you within 24hrs or less. If it's after business hours it will be the next business day.
For custom artwork, we can only modify the area of the t-shirt shown. If you would like front and back printing, a different shirt color or size not show, reach out to our team and we will get you a quick quote on your request and make sure the t-shirt color requested is available. Our support team is here to help you with any apparel questions you may have.

Turnaround Times
All of our shirts, hoodies, and apparel is print on demand. We do have some quick ship items that can be shipped in 3 business days, but please allow for this to ship and be delivered within 8-10 days for custom request. For quantities 12+, we have a 2 week delivery. Shipping is free for all orders over $100. All of our shirts are printed and pressed here in our Texas facility. Shipping 6 or less shirts, we ship with FedEx 2 Day. For orders of 25 or more we ship with either FedEx or USPS.
Return Policy
Custom printed apparel is non refundable, but we do want to know if something did not meet your expectations. If a product is printed incorrectly on our behalf we will reprint and ship it out immediately. Once you have received your apparel, please open it immediately and inspect it. If there are any damages due to shipping or an over site on our behalf we can start a claim, but we must receive pictures to our claims department immediately so we can make any wrongs right.

- We ship all our church banners using FedEx ground and FedEx Economy Intl' for those outside the USA.
- Alaska & Hawaii do take longer to arrive than our closer 48 states.
- We can expedite shipping for express delivery, but you must call in to check available options
- Stock Orders in limited quantities ship with in 2 business days upon the clearing of payment.
- Custom Orders vary depending on approval of artwork. Once artwork is approved and paid, the order will ship with the same time requirements as our stock banners.
- Customers can choose other carriers for their packages, but they must call in to place their order and shipping preferences. There may be additional charges for the different carrier requirements
- Most packages in the 48 states will arrive within 3-5 business days upon leaving our warehouse.
- Tracking for your package is sent once it has been processed and an email is sent to the one provided at check-out.
- EXAMPLE OF GROUND SHIPPING on all approved INDOOR custom banner orders
- Approved Custom banners ordered online by 3pm CST Monday will ship Wednesday. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive.(48 states, international shipping times vary)
- Custom banner orders will have proofs sent within I business day of the order placed. Once confirmation is approved on the custom proof, banner will ship within 2 business days of approval. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder incase you do not see a proof.
- Suggestion: give yourself 10days(normal season) (7days when we're all working fast for Christmas & Easter) to have stock banners arrive during normal business seasons (Advent, Christmas, & Easter we try hard even with the high volume to get the banners out fast for you in order to have on time for decorating your sanctuary)
- Do note that a custom church banner order can not print until payment and an email approval has been received. If our design team does not receive an approval, it will not go to print. These times are based on APPROVED file orders.
