Ever feel like you're running around and always getting last-minute details together? What about paying those rush shipping fees because approval came later than anticipated? How about the fact that as soon as you finish decorating for something, the next thing is already creeping up on the calendar?

The good news is that you're not alone. We hear this all the time from the churches we work with, so we've put together a calendar of important dates that you can make down to get yourself ahead of schedule.

September:

1st week: Choose designs for Trunk or Treat. Let our team get customizing those designs. If you'll be getting approval from a team or a manager, aim to get this approval the first week of September.

2nd week: Order your Trunk or Treat (or Hallelujah / Fall Festival) Signage. In most cases (depending on what you're ordering), it will arrive before October 1.

October:

1st week: Choose your Thanksgiving / Fall Designs for customization and approval.

2nd week: Setup Trunk or Treat signage to promote event for approx 3 weeks.

3rd week: Order your Thanksgiving /Fall Banners.

November:

1st week: Setup your Thanksgiving Banners (to enjoy for 3 weeks).

2nd week: Choose your Christmas Designs for Customization and Approval.

3rd week: Choose your January Series Design for customization and approval.

December:

1st week: Takedown Thanksgiving and setup Christmas

2nd week: Order January Series Designs.

4th week: Takedown Christmas and decorate for January.

January:

2nd week: Choose a design for Valentine's or Spring series for customization and approval.

3rd week: Order Valentine's or Spring Designs.

February:

1st week: Discuss Easter topic/theme and choose design options for approval.

4 week: Order Easter Products.

March:

2nd week: Choose and get approval on Mothers Day Banners. Yes, it's early, but you won't want to think about it in April.

3rd week: Order Mothers Day Banners so you have them on hand and can focus on Easter.

April:

1st week: Choose and get approval for VBS /Summer Event Banners.

2nd week: Order VBS / Summer Event Banners. You’ll want to have these ready to put out mid-end of May before school is over and everyone leaves for vacations. 

Easter 2022: Sunday, April 17

May:

1st week: Setup Mothers Day Banners

Mothers Day 2022: Sunday, May 8

2nd week: Choose and get approval for Father's Day Banners

3rd week: Order Fathers Day Banners / Choose 4th of July / Summer Series Banners

4th week: Order 4th of July / Summer Series Banners

June:

Relax. Take it easy. You deserve a break (plus you probably have plenty of other things going on with VBS, camps and other summer events.)

3rd week: Setup for Fathers Day

Fathers Day 2022: Sunday, June 19

July:

1st week: Choose and get approval for Back to School /Fall Series Banners

2nd week: Order Back to School / Fall Series Banners.

August: Relax!
