High-Quality Product
I was very pleased with my custom banner. The company was consistently available for questions, did exactly as I asked for the art project, and the delivered product was right on time. The quality of the fabric was better than I expected, as was the image printed on it. I will be using Church Banner.com again for future work!
The only suggestion I would give is to provide a button for which to order the display for the banner, as I didn't ever see a way to actually order it on the website and that detail was missed on my order (understandably so), because I had to simply add the note to my email.

Custom Backdrop Fabric
Upload your artwork and save! Save for what you've already created. We do not manipulate or recreate with this products price point. Ordered as is. Our designers will review your file but will not be able to correct it.
Our Custom backdrop fabric is for indoor use only. It's great for setup and tear down locations because of its scratch resistance to your wear and tear.

Features of the Product:
9oz Backdrop Fabric is a three layered woven fabric that is 100% Polyester. This fabric is wrinkle resistant (not wrinkle free) with minimal light reflection. The fabric allows for exceptional print quality and opacity, more than other standard fabrics. Helps block out what's on the walls or bricks. Fabric is great to use for kids check in stations, welcome center lobby, and of course, up on stage as your Backdrop!

PROOFS Are sent in 1 business day from time of order. We must have your approval by email before any custom church banner goes to print.
Allow up to 24hrs to receive by email your proof once the order is placed. Remember, we must have your approval before we can go to print. Printing takes 1 day in house to go to ship depending on the time of approval and the time of season. Cut off time for next day shipping is 3pm CST M-F.

- We ship all our banners using FedEx ground and FedEx Economy Intl' for those outside the USA.
- Alaska & Hawaii do take longer to arrive than our closer 48 states.
- We can expedite shipping for express delivery, but you must call in to check available options.
- Stock Orders in limited quantities ship with in 2 business days upon the clearing of payment.
- Custom Orders vary depending on approval of artwork. Once artwork is approved and paid, the order will ship with the same time requirements as our stock banners.
- Customers can choose other carriers for their packages, but they must call in to place their order and shipping preferences. There may be additional charges for the different carrier requirements.
- Most packages in the 48 states will arrive within 3-5 business days upon leaving our warehouse.
- Tracking for your package is sent once it has been processed and an email is sent to the one provided at check-out.
EXAMPLE OF GROUND SHIPPING on all approved INDOOR custom banner orders
- Approved Custom banners ordered online by 3pm CST Monday will ship Wednesday. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive.(48 states, international shipping times vary)
- Custom banner orders will have proofs sent within 1 business day of the order placed. Once confirmation is approved on the custom proof, banner will ship within 2 business days of approval. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder incase you do not see a proof.
- Suggestion: give yourself 10days(normal season) (7days when we're all working fast for Christmas & Easter) to have custom banners arrive during normal business seasons (Advent, Christmas, & Easter we try hard even with the high volume to get the banners out fast for you in order to have on time for decorating your sanctuary)
- Do note that a custom banner order can not print until payment and an email approval has been received. If our design team does not receive an approval, it will not go to print. These times are based on APPROVED file orders.
Payment and Return Policies
- Orders must be paid in full before printing and shipping can be completed.
- CUSTOM BANNERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- Any defects or misprints on our behalf ChurchBanners.com will print and ship immediately new banners out to you on our behalf. We want to make sure you receive what your ministry ordered.
- We unfortuneately can not take custom banners back. If it is a misprint on our behalf we will gladly fix and reship out new banners immediately.
- Stands and displays may encure a 25% restocking fee depending on the quantity and stand. For questions, please ask a representative before placing your order.
- Shipping Expense on your invoice is non-refundable and shipping approved return items is paid for by the customer.
- Cancellation of order before proofs or any process has started by ChurchBanners.com (first 6hrs of order confirmation) will receive 100% refund if contacted immediately. Please call our customer service line 888-453-0060 to confirm cancellation.
- Cancellation of order after proofs have begun, emailed, or completed without print approval will incur a $50 design fee.
- Cancellation of order after proof approval will receive no refund. Unfortunately from approval we go directly to print and will not be able to refund the order.
