I appreciated the time Emily took to help us get our design correctly formatted. After sending her the file for our two banners, she noticed a few things that should be corrected before going to print. We tried to correct them ourselves, but alas, we were just rookie volunteers trying to help the church. Emily told us how we could share our design with her, and she would make the corrections. We did that and it came out great.
Emily's service was the difference. We had checked with another company as well, and they were content to just print them as is, which would have turned out poorly. Thank you, Emily, for making sure we got a product we would be happy with.
It was also a verry fast process from proof approval to arriving on our doorstep. -
Absolutely Amazing
I made custom banners for church's 75th anniversary. They are amazing, great quality, and came fast. Also I had mess up sizes of our banner (ordered vs designed). The customer service was absolutely wonderful. She helped me get the right size and answered all my questions.

150th Anniversary Banner for Central Presbyterian Church, Des Moines, Iowa
I am the one who does the ordering of these banners, but we have them sent direct to the individual churches. Therefore, I do not see the finished product. I do talk to the Pastor and Administrative Assistant at the church upon their receipt of the banner. Both were very please with the banner.

Sanctuary banners
We ordered 8 new banners for our sanctuary. They are a great asset and we absolutely love them
Custom Indoor Fabric Banner; available in our stiff 100% polyester fabric. Banner is for INDOOR USE ONLY.
Each Banner is finished with pole pockets top and bottom, or grommets in 4 corners.
PROOFS Are sent in 1 business day from time of order. We must have your approval by email before any custom church banner goes to print.
Price is based on the size, not the customizing. Our designers customize for free!
Choose a design you like on our site, put the name in the Design Box field, and the notes of what you'd like changed in the Artwork/ Design Notes field box.
Allow 1 business day to receive by email your proof once the order is placed. Remember, we must have your approval before we can go to print. Printing takes 1-2 days in house to go to ship depending on the time of approval and the time of season.

- We ship all our banners using FedEx ground and FedEx Economy Intl' for those outside the USA.
- Alaska & Hawaii do take longer to arrive than our closer 48 states.
- We can expedite shipping for express delivery, but you must call in to check available options.
- Stock Orders in limited quantities ship with in 2 business days upon the clearing of payment.
- Custom Orders vary depending on approval of artwork. Once artwork is approved and paid, the order will ship with the same time requirements as our stock banners.
- Customers can choose other carriers for their packages, but they must call in to place their order and shipping preferences. There may be additional charges for the different carrier requirements.
- Most packages in the 48 states will arrive within 3-5 business days upon leaving our warehouse.
- Tracking for your package is sent once it has been processed and an email is sent to the one provided at check-out.
EXAMPLE OF GROUND SHIPPING on all approved INDOOR custom banner orders
- Approved Custom banners ordered online by 3pm CST Monday will ship Wednesday. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive.(48 states, international shipping times vary)
- Custom banner orders will have proofs sent within 1 business day of the order placed. Once confirmation is approved on the custom proof, banner will ship within 2 business days of approval. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder incase you do not see a proof.
- Suggestion: give yourself 10days(normal season) (7days when we're all working fast for Christmas & Easter) to have custom banners arrive during normal business seasons (Advent, Christmas, & Easter we try hard even with the high volume to get the banners out fast for you in order to have on time for decorating your sanctuary)
- Do note that a custom banner order can not print until payment and an email approval has been received. If our design team does not receive an approval, it will not go to print. These times are based on APPROVED file orders.
Payment and Return Policies
- Orders must be paid in full before printing and shipping can be completed.
- CUSTOM BANNERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- Any defects or misprints on our behalf ChurchBanners.com will print and ship immediately new banners out to you on our behalf. We want to make sure you receive what your ministry ordered.
- We unfortuneately can not take custom banners back. If it is a misprint on our behalf we will gladly fix and reship out new banners immediately.
- Stands and displays may encure a 25% restocking fee depending on the quantity and stand. For questions, please ask a representative before placing your order.
- Shipping Expense on your invoice is non-refundable and shipping approved return items is paid for by the customer.
- Cancellation of order before proofs or any process has started by ChurchBanners.com (first 6hrs of order confirmation) will receive 100% refund if contacted immediately. Please call our customer service line 888-453-0060 to confirm cancellation.
- Cancellation of order after proofs have begun, emailed, or completed without print approval will incur a $50 design fee.
- Cancellation of order after proof approval will receive no refund. Unfortunately from approval we go directly to print and will not be able to refund the order.
