Each Banner is finished with hems and grommets all around (grommets spaced roughly 2ft all around).

PROOFS Are sent in 1 business day from time of order. We must have your approval by email before any custom church banner goes to print.

Upload your artwork and we'll have a proof to you within 4-24hrs during the business week. Orders placed after 12pm CST on Friday will receive their proof on Monday.

Price is based on the size, not the customizing for this product. Our designers can customize for free any of our outdoor banner designs! For assistance with a design please view our free proof request form page. (Free proofs take 2-4 business days depending on the season. To order today, choose a design on our site, put the name of that design in the Production Notes, and the changes you'd like to see made ( text, color, etc.). Then give us 4-24hrs to send over an email proof. Again, PROOFS Are sent in 1 business day from time of order. We must have your approval by email before any custom church banner goes to print. You can revise it as much as necessary. Each revision can take up to 1 day depending on the request. We move fast and do our best to give you a quick and professional experience out the door. Banners will ship within 2 business days of approval and payment. Example: Orders approved after 3pm on a Monday will ship no later than Thursday. Orders before 3pm on a Monday will ship no later than Wednesday. Most of the time we ship them within 1 day of approval, but during the busy season we do hit the 2 day mark.

Shipping and Handling for custom banners...

We ship all our banners using FedEx ground and FedEx Economy Intl' for those outside the USA.
Alaska & Hawaii do take longer to arrive than our closer 48 states.
We can expedite shipping for express delivery, but you must call in to check available options.
Custom Orders vary depending on approval of artwork. Once artwork is approved and paid, the order will ship within 2 business days (cut-off time is 3pm CST)
Customers can choose other carriers for their packages, but they must call in to place their order and shipping preferences. There may be additional charges for the different carrier requirements.
Most packages in the 48 states will arrive within 2-5 business days upon leaving our warehouse.
Tracking for your package is sent once it has been processed and an email is sent to the one provided at checkout.

EXAMPLE OF GROUND SHIPPING on all approved OUTDOOR custom banner orders

Custom banners ordered and APPROVED by email before 3pm CST Monday will ship Wednesday. Once shipped it will take 2-5 business days to arrive.(48 states, international shipping times vary)

Custom banner orders will have proofs sent within 1 business day of the order placed. Once confirmation is approved on the email proof, the banner will ship within 2 business days of approval. Once shipped it will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder incase you do not see a proof. Call for questions or concerns.
Suggestion: give yourself 10days(normal season) (7days when we're all working fast for Christmas & Easter) to have custom banners arrive during normal business seasons (Advent, Christmas, & Easter we try hard even with the high volume to get the banners out fast for you in order to have on time for decorating your sanctuary)
Remember that a custom banner order can not print until email approval has been received. If our design team does not receive an approval, it will not go to print. These times are based on APPROVED file orders. Call in to verify if you are concerned.

Payment and Return Policies

Orders must be paid in full before printing and shipping can be completed.
CUSTOM BANNERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Any defects or misprints on our behalf ChurchBanners.com will print and ship immediately new banners out to you on our behalf. We want to make sure you receive what your ministry ordered.
We unfortuneately can not take custom banners back. If it is a misprint on our behalf we will gladly fix and reship out new banners immediately.
Stands and displays may encure a 25% restocking fee depending on the quantity and stand. For questions, please ask a representative before placing your order.
Shipping Expense on your invoice is non-refundable and shipping for approved return items is paid for by the customer.
Cancellation of order before proofs or any process has started by ChurchBanners.com (first 6hrs of order confirmation) will receive 100% refund if contacted immediately. Please call our customer service line 888-453-0060 to confirm cancellation.
Cancellation of order after proofs have begun, emailed, or completed without print approval will incur a $49 design fee.
Cancellation of order after proof approval will receive no refund. Unfortunately from approval we go directly to print and will not be able to refund the order.
