For Customers ordering replacement banners, you must have hardware from ChurchBanners.com. Our banners are larger than most others hardware and will not fit properly. Please make sure when ordering this non-refundable item that you have our hardware.



To make your Flags last longer, we do recommend bringing them in after each event or Sunday service. They can be folded up and stored away for the following week. Depending on geographical location, if you want to leave your feathers out every day, your life expectancy will vary. Many things come in to consideration on how long your product will hold up, but most will only make it around 6 months if left out on a daily basis on average. Heat, freezing temperatures, and winds over 25 mph will all have a dramatic impact on shortening the life of the feathers. We recommend using this product to catch the eye of the visitors on the day or weekend of the event. 


Ordering:
You can use this product item to order a custom proof designed by one of our ChurchBanner.com designers, or you can upload your own artwork and we will print it for you. Proofs are sent for artwork uploaded by customers to make sure artwork is correct. For custom prints designed by our team, we will have already sent proofs to you. Please provide us with your proof file name which you are approving to send to production.

This is a custom product. This is NOT a stock item. This product can not be returned. For damage or misprints on our behalf we will print and ship a new one to you. Incorrect orders by the customer unfortunately can not be returned. 

FAQ:

How tall is the flag? 
It sits with its hardware just over 9ft or 12ft depending on which size option you choose. Make sure you've got the space for it. If you've got a lot of trees out by the road where you're putting this it could end up in some of the branches.


Is Single Sided visible on the opposite side?
Yes, but it's overall a more faded print than if ordered double sided. You can see through to the other side and view the copy in reverse, but it's not as bright a print as the front side. Also, the overall print is not as bright as double sided because you're allowing light to bleed through on both sides. This product is only single sided though. We do not use double sided on this particular hardware. 

Can I put anything on the feather flag?

Yes, we customize them for free. But we recommend keeping it short and sweet. Rectangular flags are meant to catch the driver's attention, not tell a story. We recommend using the flags with Church Names, Welcome, or up to 3 word statements. If you're trying to tell about an event, where to look on your website for info, and when it will be, you should choose an outdoor vinyl banner. Vinyl banners will stay still and give the viewer more area to read. Flags move around and you can't always tell what it says if you put a lot of text on the flag.
